A bug in a rug . . .

After dinner Sunday afternoon over at MawMaw T's, I picked up everybody's shoes and folded the t-shirt I ate dinner in and put them away in MawMaw's bedroom. I love to "clean up".

I picked all the shoes up so I could nestle down for a nap. . .

as snug as a bug in a rug : )

Guitar Time!

Well, since Aunt Jj is gone to college and isn't here to help me play the piano, I've picked up the guitar.

Of course, I'm an update girl, so I rock with the "guitar hero."

If only my arms were longer, and my fingers weren't so short.

Summertime update!

Summertime is all about trying to stay cool. My mommy and daddy bought me this slide and pool to play in at my house.

I got this playhouse and some other outside toys to play with, too.

This is one Sunday afternoon over at MawMaw's.

Papa was watching me throw rocks in the pond.

It's a lot more fun when it's not so hot outside.

This was Papa Posey's birthday. Yummy, b'day cookie!

I also wore this hat on hat day at preschool.

This is MawMaw's new fish. Her name is Molly Brown. I love to say, "Hi" to her.

I spent the night with Aunt Kk last Thursday night 'cause preschool was closed on Friday to get ready for the new school year.

MawMaw got the paint and paper out for us.

I love to concentrate while I paint.

MawMaw painted my face to look like a puppy dog, but I think it looks more like a cross between a cat and a  clown.

Oh, well, it was fun anyway.

Team Edward!

Yell, me too. I am team Edward just like my MawMaw T and Mommy and Aunt JJ and Aunt KK and everybody else I know. Which makes me wonder who is team Jacob?

Jacob is cute and down to earth, but Edward is , well, he's EDWARD!

A new army of vampires is coming; better be ready.

MawMaw and Papa and Aunt KK are going tonight to see the movie and then, mommy and daddy will go on Friday night.  That means I get to spend the night with MawMawT   -Yuppie!! la la Lily

Uncle Richie's Birthday!

Yesterday was my Uncle Richie's birthday! He's now 29 years old.

Man, that's old! I can't wait to see him on Saturday when he comes to visit.

I hope he brings Lorelei and Aunt Kathy : )

"Rella" and I were over at MawMaw T's the other day and they got's birds.

Real baby birds. My Papa had one in his hand that he had to catch when it jumped out of it's nest.

Here is a picture of when they were just babies.

These were in a nest on the back patio in one of MawMaw's thorn bush.

It only took about a week for them to get there feathers and try to leave the nest.

This is the inside of one of the bird houses where some more baby birds were sleeping.

Then, here is one of the baby birds trying to escape and fly away.

It hopped around on the ground trying to fly away.

MawMaw put it back in the bird house, but it jumped back out and flew away.

Summer time fun with Aunt KK

Before I started to preschool, Aunt KK and I got to play alot in my swimming pool.

          

We also got to go places like the botanical garden with MawMaw T.

I love my Aunt KK. She's my favorite play buddy.
