Winter Time

This winter we had alot of snow at my house and at my MawMaw T's.

She had to clear off the steps for Momma and Me to visit.

Aunt KK and MawMaw T made this adorable "Snow Lady"

Snowed in . . .

perfect time to bake!

Got to crack some eggs!

Stir things up real well. . .

Bake some Cookies!

Then add some yummy icing!

I love to bake cookies when I'm all snowed in. How about you?

One Long Week in October

 This was one of the longest weeks that I can remember.

First, last Saturday night, was the fall festival at New Hope School.

I played all the games and got lots of candy and prizes.

My favorite game has got to be the fishing pole game.

Second, it was Homecoming at KK's school.

This was the last of 24 consecutive years that a Posey will be enrolled at New Hope School.

MawMaw T says it's a bitter/sweet end of a very long era.

The last two years, I went to the parade and pep rally, but this year I had my Halloween party at preschool instead.

This is the Sleeping Beauty dress that I wore to preschool for Halloween.

We also had bad storms going on Tuesday.

 My Daddy came and got me early and we played at home till Mommy got off work.

Then, of course, Lorelei came to play with me up MawMaw T's and Papa P's.

We painted pumpkins . . .

and took a bath together.

And after getting lotioned up, we jumped on the bed.

Finally, Saturday night, I went Trick or Treating.

How do you like my flapper costume?

First stop was MawMaw and Papa Honea's.

I started out a little shy, but by the time the night was over, I was pretty hyped up: )

My first trip to Tate's Farm!

This past Tuesday, Me and My Mommy went on a field trip to Tate's Farm.

There was a lot of things to do. First, we petted all of the animals on the farm. . .

Then, I went through the hay maze with my classmates . . .

then, the swing . . .

the see-saw . . .

and I even got to drive one of the tractors.

  

Hey, when I say field trip, I mean a real field trip.

We rode the wagon out to the pumpkin field. . .

I picked out the best pumpkin . . .

then, toted it back to the wagon to take home. Mommy got one, too.

There were pumpkins all over the place. I felt like Peter Pipers wife put in a pumpkin shell.


They had cotton fields, too. I got to pick some cotton and put it in my pockets.

After we got home and took a nap from the long day, I went outside and painted my pumpkins.

It takes a lot of concentration to do a good job.

And there you have it, my beautiful pumpkin all painted and ready for Halloween!

Ditto Landing

Yea! We're going to the park!

Actuallly, it's Ditto Landing's park.

MawMaw T is always up for a photo Op . . .

The replicas of the Nina and the Pinta were there and I got to see two big ships like Prince Eric goes on.

We didn't go on them, but we had fun looking at how amazing they were.

Then, the main reason we came. . .

to play !!!

I started with the slide . . .

then went on to the swings.

Then, MawMaw just had to take more posing pictures . . .

I'm sitting here hoping the battery runs down in her camera.

It's nice to just sit quietly and be at one with nature:)
