Strawberries are my favorite!

                           I LOVE me some Strawberries!
One of the sad things about saying good-bye to Summer is saying good-bye to the delicious, red, juicey strawberries. I could eat them everyday. I also LOVE blueberries, but MawMaw T says that they are already disappearing from Walmart.
I would eat me some pumpkin, but there's something about that "orange" color that I just don't like:) la la Lily

Apparently, loving strawberries runs in the family. Here's a picture of my Uncle Richie, when he was one year old, sitting in Papa Honea's strawberry patch, probably a hundred years ago.

The fish are biting!

Yesterday was such a beautiful day that I decided to go a fishing. Now, how hard can it be? I've seen the old timers do it on TV and there's nothing to it. First, you get a stick, or pole and tie a piece of string on it. Then, the tricky thing is to know what kind of bait to use. Worms and crickets were both out of the question, so I chose my favorite thing to bite, or suck on. Yep, you guessed it- a pacifier! It worked great, especially on the baby fishes:) la la Lily

 So much fun!!

It's Teen Teen's B'day!

Happy Birthday, Teen Teen! I hope you have a GREAT one.

 For those who don't know, Teen Teen is one of my favorite cousins. MawMaw T says that I have hundreds of thousands of cousins (most of whom, I've never met.) Well, you see, Teen Teen is my oldest "2nd" cousin on my Momma's side of the family. And, after today, she's really OLD, but I LOVE her muches!

Lorelei is REAL!

I can't believe it, but my cousin, Lorelei is a real baby. I see her pictures everyday on the computer and I talk to her, but she doesn't seem to hear me. Well, today, I went up MawMaw T's and guess what. Yep, she was there in person. She's so sweet and I wanted to hug her so much. I wanted to pick her up and play with her like I do my baby dolls, but Momma said, "No" and "be careful" like a million times. Gee, when I get 16 and drive my car, I'm going to baby Lorelei's house and PICK HER UP!

 Oh, yell,  the reason we are wearing crimson red and white is because it's Saturday - Alabama plays ball today and we have to support our favorite team (who by the way beat those Arkansas guys 35 to 7).

How do you like my get up?

MawMaw T was imagining how me and Lorelei might look like in about 16 years. What do you think? Too much Skin?And Bone?

 

Costume Time!

Ok, last year for Halloween, I wore a black and red, ladybug costume. It was cute and all for a baby, but this year I'm all grown up. Now help me choose between the ones below:

It's my Daddy's Birthday!

Gone to the dogs. . . finale!

MawMaw T made me this neat "bone" to chew on, so that I would leave her shoes alone.

And then, "it" happened!
MawMaw T found the little surprise that I  left on the kitchen floor and  she said, "no more puppy."
She told me to clean up the mess and start being a little girl again.

I get to lay around all day on my bean bag . . .

And, chew on MawMaw T's shoe while
                                  I watch my favorite TV shows.

I've even learned a new trick of how to eat my treats off the floor!

Gone to the dogs

After all of that cleaning the other day, I've decided that the puppy has it made. The whole time I cleaned, Tillie just sat there watching me with a smurk on her face. Well, two can play at that game. I'm going to be a puppy for awhile and live a "life of ease."
